Our Counselors

Quest Camp Counselors are unique because they all have demonstrated a dedication to improving the lives of children. All Quest Counselors must be either attending, or have graduated from college. In recent years, 50% of our staff have been attending or have completed graduate training programs and work at Quest for additional supervised hours. Staff members are hired based on their personal qualities, experience with children, and their college education. Few programs have staff with the therapeutic background and training of Quest. All staff complete a 36-hour training program prior to working at Quest and have been certified in CPR/First Aid.

Pursuant to The Quest System, camper to counselor rations are 6 to 1 for most groups and 4 to 1 for our youngest campers. All Quest Counselors are trained and supervised by Quest Professional Staff.
